Mono is an entirely new software studio with no prior name, no brand system, no positioning, and no website.
Mono had to stand out against the crowd, which has historically been dominated by large, polished studios that often feel out of reach for small, early teams.
How could we position a new studio position as fast, capable, and deeply collaborative without proof of work, buzzwords, or inflated claims of what they could accomplish?

Mono is about individual focus: working with founders and builders to take their ideas all the way through the ups and downs of the product lifecycle.
A strategic, repeatable system.



Our approach was to build a brand that reflected Mono’s core belief in focus and partnership.
The visual and strategic direction centered on clarity, human collaboration, and a global audience for their craft.
Our imagery and copy carried much of the emotional weight by featuring founders, product mockups, and startup locations.
The goal was to highlight the founders behind the products, the places people are building, the tangible products Mono helps ship.
